Ingredients:

  • Sourdough bread
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 sachet Roma Tomato & Sweet Basil soup

Directions:

  • Take 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • Add cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese for filling as per your taste (We like it extra cheesy)
  • Sprinkle some pepper for added taste
  • In a heated pan, add butter and some more cheese
  • Place the sandwich in the pan and close the lid till cooked on one side
