How do I return or exchange Loop & Knot products?
You can initiate a return process by mailing us on email@example.com.
Note that: The product should be returned to us within 5 days of the date of receipt of delivery. It should be in its original condition - unopened, unused with tags and labels in its packaging box.
You will have an option to take a refund or exchange the product, as per your request.
Product eligible for returns
Products which are unused and in its original condition including box and other items as received
Products which are not damaged or broken
Products which are not tampered
When will I receive my refund?
The money will be refunded back to you within 14 working days.
For payment made by card we will refund in the same bank account.
If in case the courier is found ineligible for refund, we will send the product back to you.
Are there any processing fees for replacements or returns?
You may be liable to pay a processing fee in case of returns or replacements under certain scenarios - including, but not limited to requesting a change of flavour/product/variant or any requests of similar nature. The processing fee amount will be conveyed to the customer at the time of taking the request for replacement or return and the request will be processed further after the payment for the processing fee has been processed.
In case of errors in the product such as incorrect product/variant/flavour shipped to the customer, there will be no processing fee applicable on requests for returns or replacement.
What should I do if the order received is defective or different from what I ordered?
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing an order.
If the order has been processed we will not be able to initiate the cancellation.
